I took the prop of a 71 25 hp sportster,when iI look at the prop shaft that goes into the bullet It looks like a stainless steel washer,I tried to gentley tap it off,but cant.I looked on line to look at the diagram and it shows a rubber o ring ! I dont understand this. Any help would be...
