    tohatsu m40c starter problem

    My starter went out and I just received my new one yesterday, the only problem is I poped the old one off and can't get the new one on and I can't get the old one back on either, is there a trick to getting them to fit into place?

    98 tohatsu problem

    It will crank up just fine and run without a miss but when you turn it off it is extremely hard to heritage cranked back up, any suggestions
