I have a 1982 40hp merc elect start. I have no spark at plugs. I can disconnect wire at switch box blk-wht and then I have spark and motor seems to run fine. Looking at wiring diag this wire goes to stator and blk-yel from switch box goes to stator. What am I hurting when I leave the blk-wht off...
