    wont idle at low rpm's

    I have a 1999 mercruiser 5.0. The boat starts and runs great, except does not like to keep running at low idle speed. When idling at 6,000 rpm slowly drops down to 4,000 to 3,000 and then dies. If I bump the throttle to about 10,000 we are OK again until we get back to 6,000 then she drops...

    Insta Trim Boat Levelers

    In need of some trouble shooting tips or hints for 1990 Carver with Insta-Trim tim tabs that dont move , There is 12v and I can hear the pump try to turn on, at least I think thats what i hear, not sure. Would really like to get them working before launching. Any hints would be greatly appreciated

    Ground problem 260

    At the risk of sounding dumb, I need help troubleshooting a ground problem in or around the distributor on a 1981 mercruiser 260. With everything hooked up the ballast resister and wires are heating up coil is new this year (twice). Boat dies when using trim tabs or trim?????
