    carb adjustment

    I recently purchased a 1999 40 HP Merc. Before I put it in the water I added a can of Sea Foam filled the tank with gas, changed plugs and fuel filter. The motor runs fine above 1200 RPM but stalls at idle. To re-start I have to advance the throttle and choke it a little. What adjustments do...
