    blew an engine, sugestions???

    Volvo penta 5.7 went bye bye yesterday :( overheating due to pump failure. so i can get a mercruser long block for $3100 or Nappa can getr me a chevvy 350 long block got $1300 this is close to a 2K difference. apart fro the cost difference is their a reason why i shouldn't go with the chevvy block??
