    Outboard stalled after anchor line tangled in prop

    Hi all, I need a some help here. I was out fishing last week, and my anchor line wrapped around my prop, then my motor died. It's a 91 Johnson 40HP. I have not been able to get it restart. Can anyone help me PLEASE!
