i am having trouble starting motor while immersed in water,fresh or salt,if i sqeeze the fuel bulb to the hard postion it floods,even if i only sqeeze the bulb once it floods,i then have to take the fuel line off the motor,take the engine cover off,get someone to turn the motor over while i hold...
