I have repaced all the bellows and hoses on my outdrive and now have got gearbox oil leaking out of the vents on either side of the drive. The gearlube moinitor empties out. I have checked the hose from the transom to the bell housing and that looks fine. There was know problem with this before...
I have a Alpha 1 Gen 2 sterndrive, what I need to know is what is the thread size of the studs that hold the drive onto the bell housing. The reason for this is I had a locking nut, but no key and had to cut the nut off. I know it is not a 10 or 12mm as these do not fit. Any ideas?
