Wondering how to set the idle on my 1979 9.9 Evinrude. Had carb rebuilt and powerhead removed to replace bad exhaust gasket. Compression in both cylinders at 100. Mechanic has gotten motor to idle, but idle conrol knob on side of case is all the way in. Little to no adjustment for trolling...
