I have a 1997 Suzuki 55 hp 2 stroke. It starts very easily without raising the warm up lever. When I get underway and push throttle forward, it's like its only running on 2 cylinders. After 50 yards are so down the bayou, it seems to just all of a sudden jump onto all 3 xylinders and runs fine...
