Hi I'm new to this forum. I just bought a 91 rinker 186 has a reman 4.3 with 15 hrs. The boat runs great no problems other then runs 4200rpm 31mph by gps. Ha a 14.5" 17p prop. When I got it it had a 14.5" 19p prop. I know this boat should run 45mph at around 4700rpm any help would be great...
