    86 Merc 75 hp bogs down past half throttle

    Boat has been sitting for awhile.Runs great at idle and up to half throttle.Noses over when open up throttle like no fuel.Rebuilt fuel pump,going to clean carbs tommorrow.If its not fuel problem,what electrical could do this?Thanks
