1992 mercury 200 hp w carbs ( new power head ) runs like a scard rabbit on top end.. will not idle. two so called mechanics tried to find the problem ,one said he tried everything
could it be in the fuel bleed system? ( carbs cleaned and adjusted) .The glass inline filter shows air bubbles,
