Hi everybody, I removed my transom and I disconnect the steering actuator inside the boat.When I move the steering arm whith my hand I feel restriction, I can move the steering arm but its difficult. I found the pre load of the bearing hard. IS IT NORMAL ??? THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR ANSWER...
