    28' Carver Bilge Coating

    Does anyone know what type of coating is in the 89 2827 bilge? It's black and almost looks like rubber? Hard to tell at this point. I will have the engines out soon, and would like to repaint it white or gray. Any ideas or sugjestions? Thanks Bob
