    A clean bottom. ( an admirable trait)

    P.O. Apparently coated the bottom of my divided aluminum boat with what appears to be old roof sealer tar.it's hard as diamonds, appears scraping would take about a year. Sanding would load up the paper so bad it would take a ton. Any suggestions? "No man who refuses to bear arms in defense...
