New to the forum....<br />I have an Evinrude Lark 35 that I am unable to start. This motor has electric start and a pull cord. I am unable to get the pull cord to pull out at all or move the "flywheel " with the starter. The motor appears to be in nuetral. I am sure that it has been a loooong...
