Some type of contraption broke off the bottom of the float bowl, and has some elect wires connected to it. Of course the bowl leaks through the hole where the whatizit was connected. Is this thing a fuel cut-off solenoid? And, can I eliminate it? I have looked at a zillion pics on the i'net of...
