I have a 1991 5cyl 150 hp I had the carbs rebuilt and my mechanic lowered the idle speed from 1000 rms to 800 rpms it used to start pretty easy and stay running in neutral now it is hard to start and dies in nuetral at idle does anyone know what the idle speed should be?
