    Re: SE sport 300 to 90 Mariner is this correct position? Ok it is rather dark down under in Australia but I hope the 2 pics I just took shows that the anti cav plate or cav plate or what you like to call it is nearly flush inline with the hull.

    Hi folks, I am trying to fit the SE sport 300 to my motorand am not sure if this is the correct position to place. I feel the foil should sit further forward ( towards the boat ) to sit above the prop more, but I can't take any further due to the design of the anti cav plate on the lower unit...

    I have just fitted a new selector cam and bearing carrier and bearings to my motor and am having a bit of a problem. When the selector is in neutral the clutch is clashing slightly with the forward gear. Could this be happening cause the new bearings in the carrier are not set in the right...
