    electric shift tilt unit

    I have rebuilt the whole tilt unit and replaced the motor. but not the wiring yet. I wanted to see if it was working so I hooked up a remote push button starter wire... so it goes up kinda fast and down really fast and slammed in place! is this normal?? Thanks Bruce

    Re: need help identifying a model of a bubble back checked plug no #s, looks to be a rebuilt powerhead.. also did the decarb thing no better compression but runs better then ever!!

    hey good members, I have a 80's something bubble back V4 runs great and love it... but low compression all around-about 90 , really low on #3 -60. but the issue is I can not find any id #'s on it any where!! gotta get parts!! I was hoping if I post some good pics someone give me close year...
