Evinrude 115 1996 no spark on #3 cylinder. I changed the coils and checked wires coils have good grounds Stator reads 410 ohms I beleive it should read 500 ohms, is 410 acceptable? How do I check powerpack and timer base ?/ is there anything else i should check
