just got a used 1990 25 hp yamaha 25ELD 6L2L.first day out it started and idled fine. The problem is that when I twist the throttle to open it up it only turns 3/4 or less and it feels like I am getting some resistance and it won't open up.When I have it as far as it will turn it will go slow...
