    1978 115hp Will not go pass 2000rpms

    Starts fine, runs good at idle, give it some gas and bogs at 2000 rpms, I have run new gas lines, new gas, and cleaned carb as far as cleaner goes without dismantling the whole carb. I have manually brought it up to 3000rpms when idling. any suggestions??

    115 Volts drop when trying to start

    I have a 78 115hp Johnson, it was running great, then it sat for a week. I have checked the battery the starter, and the cables.     1978 115 comand center shifting

    I can not shift into reverse, it will go foward with no problem. The cables are fine, i can manually shift it into reverse, from the engine. I have taken the bottom part of the center off and do not see any broken pieces or metal shavings. The other issue is the key will not turn over the...
