I recently aquired a new project boat (14ft Lowe) with an Evinrude 25 on it. The boat/motor runs great. On my 150 Mercury I try to have the impeller changed every few years. I doubt the one on the Evinrude has ever been changed. It's a 1984 model. How often are you suposed to change impellers...
I would like to (bow mount) a trolling motor to the boat listed above, but have no idea how I'm gonna do it. Cabelas has a mounting bracket for that purpose, but it seems to be made of flimsy plastic and the reviews are horrible. Any Ideas?
