I have 1993 Evinrude 15HP, 2 stroke, manual start, long shaft outboard. It gives me hard times when starting and running lately.
I run it during 4 hours in all low and high speeds without a problem but it stopped getting when the fuel tank is near empty. I added gas and oil in 50:1 ratio...
