I have an '82 Evinrude 200 #E200TRXCT
It has been sitting since '05.
I changed the plugs, cleaned the carbs and it started right up but wouldn't idle unless I toggled the choke on and off.
I checked the recirc valves and only one was working. So, I took out the rubber part now it flows freely...
