Okay...so...I have a 15 foot Whaler with a 70 horse Evinrude on it. The boat and motor are in extremely good shape for how old they are. I just got the boat and the previous owner had let it sit for quite some time (a couple years at least).
Anyway, it won't start unless I put fuel directly...
