    25hp johnson blowin fuses

    i am not sure why...but i have a 25 hp johnson that keeps blowing the main fuse on the rear of the engine...i am not that great at electrical systems...any common causes that anyone can think of? places to start? thanks for the help

    j25elsob no/rough idle start, runs at speed

    ok, i have tried a couple of simple things, adjusting the carb, adj the throttle connections, i went ahead and ran some seafoam in it tonight, im currently letting it soak...the thing being that it was running fairly well till late yesterday, now it will run at speed, but will not slow idle, it...

    25ELSOB, has sat for over two years.

    Hello all, this is my first post on this site....FIRST BOAT!!!! ok this boat is only a 16'6" palm bay pontoon, but it's a 95, same for the 25 hp johnson...little small for the boat i think. but the reason i am here is...it has sat for two years...at least...we were trying to turn it over...
