Well i am new to this so bear with me. Trim quit going down...filled with fluid and now it goes down but makes a wierd noise almost like a whistle....is this bad? Sounds fine coming up, just bad going down. Any help is appreciated. Old 1979 mercury 115 horse not sure of pump specs, four hoses...
I am new to boating.i had the boat out this weekend and the trim suddenly stopped going down. Makes a noise like it is bottomed out....but wont go down.....1979 115 hp mercury. Wanting to learn how to work on it myself. I have no clue whats what. Any help would be appreciated.
