Thank you for the reply! I think the posts on my solenoid are set up differently though. I have two larger posts, one runs to the starter motor, and two smaller posts.
Hey, I know this post is nearing 20 years old, but we're having the same issue on the same boat. The images on this thread won't load for me, maybe because of the age of the thread or something. Did you ever solve the problem? Would you be willing to help me figure the wiring for my own starter out?
