Cut a new panel & covered with grey vinyl then installed a super bright yellow LED dome light.
Installed bright LED reading lights on each arch leg.
Radar arch inside panel was rotting. Removed, installed more wiring to add lights. cleaned all the white trim and clued with marine goop to keep water

Installing high density foam under wind sheild. There was a black tack that came with the boat. I've burned my feet more than once on that stuff in ho
Installed new Richie compass. High density foam is almost the same thickness as the compass mount.
Trimmed. Much nicer on the feet and looks way better.
Peddle boat being lowered. I removed one holding rod (stb side) while leaving the port side rod connected to the boat.
