Tools required:<br />Torque wrench to torque 105ft/lbs.<br />1 1/16" socket and wrench for it. 24" long breaker bar is preferred.<br />A couple Slot screwdrivers. (Different sizes)<br />.020" feeler guage.<br />Flywheel puller. You can use a heavy duty harmonic balancer puller for this. You need 3 3" long 1/4"-20 high quality bolts for it though. Normally they don't come with that size. Do not use any sort that pull on the rim - it will destroy the flywheel. Hammering off the flywheel also will not work on this outboard - it's really stuck on there.<br />Manual - Order one from here or borrow one from the local library.<br /><br />Examine the ignition coils while the flywheel is off.<br />Good luck!
