1993 Evinrude 40hp <br /><br />Starts fine cold at the dock with a slight push on the electric choke........runs fine.......<br /><br />After stopping and fishing for a while the restart is more difficult....Engine turns over fine but will not start easily....If I push the button and move the throttle up a bit, then it starts and, when I move the throttle back down, will idle OK.....<br /><br />Is idle mix too rich???? or WTH....<br /><br />thanks<br /><br />curtis
