55 hp johnson fuel mixture

i have just purchased a 55 hp johnson outboard engine, and i have no idea what the fuel ratio is.... the serial is: J2977634 and the model number:TR-10R if anyone could tell me where i could get a manual for it, and the fuel ratio that would be awsome... thanx ~mike

Sorry. A different thread was coming up under this topic initially. Your motor is a 1968 model and you can get a manual right here on iboats by clicking on "Manuals". I don't know the oil mix for this model, but suspect it is may be something other than the usual 50:1. Might pay to wait and be sure.
