fuel ratio for a 8hp evinrude outboard

I just boat a Santana 22' which came with an Evinrude 8hp outboard motor. I'm not sure what the oil to gas ratio (as well as what type of gas or oil) I'm supposed to have for it. <br /><br />Additionally, I'm interested in general maintenance of the engine and what anybody would suggest. <br /><br />Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Howdy, HBS.<br /><br />It is probably 50:1, but you must supply more than hp and make. <br /><br />What year? If you don't know the year, what model number?
