stuck outdrive oil plug

The outdrive oil drain plug n my 88 Alpha One seems to stuck. I tried penetrating oil, but didnt seem to help

Are you familiar with an impact driver which you strike with a hammer?

I agree with Eddie. If cannot get it out with a large screwdriver that has the same size head as the screw.....time to get out the impact driver.
