Should I just Bore out the bad one, or do them all?
Will boring one Throw off the internal balance on the motor?

One cylinder is perfectly ok. Boring cylinders that don't need it wastes good metal---metal thay you may need someday.

Boring one is fine, as long as the others are within tolerances.

Boring 1 is fine. But why only rebuild 1 cylinder. The engine must be totally dissambled,so,if your going thru the trouble, rebuild the whole eng. That is unless it is a real low hr.eng and for some reason it blew the 1 cyl.I unserstand some thinking its a waste of good metal, but you only need that metal ,for future rebuilds,if you take the min.which is 20 thousands for the first rebuild ,you can rebore at least 3 more times and ,if need be ,put new sleeves in the block and bring it back to std.bore.There is no problem having a different sized piston. However,I like keeping all the same ,and again rebuild all 3 cylinders, its not big money
