1997 Volvo 5.7GL hard hot starts

I have a 1997 Volvo 5.7GL and recently it became hard to start at times.
The hard starts occur after it is warmed up and then shut off but not every time (about 1 in 5 starts). The hard start has occured 2 minutes after shutting off and up to 4 hours after shutting off. It runs consistently at 150F.

When this happens it cranks and fires for a second then dies. After doing this numerous times it may start.

Could vapor lock occur on after 2-3 minutes after turning off?

Any other thoughts?

Also it is a 5.7GLFLKR.

Did some testing and found that it is getting fuel when this happens but not spark. It will starts fine when fully cold and run good, no loss or lack of power, but once turned off will not restart.
