shear pin location

i have a 2005 mercury bigfoot outboard.... the shear pin has snapped i pressume as the prop will not go round. But i can not locate the shear pin to change it.... it does not show you in the manual.....help

There are no shear pins. It has a rubber clutch in the prop hub.

Yes, you have to replace it.
