It is, one of the best lake party's you could go to. Everyone stays responsible, but has a good time.

City of Sandusky donates the barge I believe and for the 6000 people that showed up last year, with over 1000 boats, did not see one water cop, or was there any needed. Very well organized event.

I have been to put-in-bay for Pirate weekend and for Ragada weekend both packed but both fun!

Looks like a hoot! I went to an aquapalooza a couple of years ago and it was pretty awesome.
