1982 15hp johnson has no power?

i owne a 1982 15hp johnson it starts easy with the choke but when i unchoke it, it wants to stall and the more gas i gave it is like it has no power.

try pumping the primmer bulb is it soft also look at fuel filter when was last time it ran good ? when were carbs rebuilt and fuel pump rebuilt are all cyl getting fuel and spark? what about commpression?

Check for spark on both plugs. Carb may need a clean and kit, could also be a bad fuel pump, try what Mike1245 said with pumping the bulb.
