It didnt sink

So, today my hubby took our new (to us) boat out for its first run in the water. It hadnt been started or in water in years. Over the weekend we put muffs on her and she started right up!

Today we were lucky enough to have a cert boat mechanic meet us at the dock and he and my hubby took it out. Best of all it didnt sink, leak, stall or anything!!! I am so excited not only do I have my daddys boat but Ive got a boat that runs too!!

We're changing the lower unit oil, plugs and impeller(?) for the water thia weekend and by next week Ill be on the lake fishing with my kids!
