cylinder head bolt torque pattern

I know too put them in finger tight at first then were do i start to torque them down? Then what? My seloc book dose not show the pattern 1981 140 hp evenrude crossflow. Thank you

Bolt torque is 18 to 20 foot pounds in the following sequence.

9....10
5.....6
1.....2
4.....3
8.....7
