Whats the area like?
How upscale is it?

I use to live at exit 71

Its still pretty rural BUT any housing being built is costly OR really OLD in a bad way

300K gets you a lot of work OR small

Like Tommays, I used to live east of Manorville but now I am about 30 miles west of there. It is still pretty rural with many horse and food farms. Pocket communities of upscale new homes sprouted up in the last 15-20 years. It's located in the heart of the scrub pine barrens with lots of open space still. Here's a link with the demographics:

I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express!
Seriously, I live 30 min. from Manorville and would be happy to help if you need something. I have friends in Speonk (on the south border of Manorville) and sometimes fish out that way.

Thanks for the offer, but I don't think I need any help -- yet. Just curious so far.
Sold something to him on ebay, and have a feeling he may also be an iboater.

Hopefully this all goes well.
