i have a 1978 evinrude 175 horse model #175849c replacing crankshaft is there any trick to knowing for sure bearing races are lined up on locator pins in block?
the crank wont sit in the block correctly and not allow the front crankcase cover to line up properly,which makes me wonder ,what causes you to have the concern
