I have a 1966 Chrysler motor 50 HP Model # 50631 and I dont know how to connect the wires to the ignition.

Please help
I have these wires going to the switch from the motor..

Yellow - Start
White - Ign. Tach
Green - Choke
Red - Batt
Blue - Ignition
Black - Ground

Where do I put these wires on the switch?

Not sure but many outboards ground the ignition to turn the motor off, that is why car/lawn switches will not work.

Do you have a clymer outboard shop manual? If not, you need to get one. It has all the information you need.

Get the book. It'll show the wiring diagram and then show the pinout connection for the switch from which you'll see which wire goes where.
