No Fire

I changed out the switch boxes on my 150XR2. I checked everything I was told to check before changing out the boxes. Before I had fire on 1,3,5. Now there is no fire on any cylinder. I double checked the wires and all are in the right place.

Disconnect the black/yellow wire going to the boxes and then recheck. If you now have spark there is a problem with your kill circuit.

Next step is to check the stator and trigger outputs with a DVA. If you were told to buy switchboxes without this test, you were mislead.

Accurate diagnostics are the best way to reduce parts costs.
