damn dirty leg!!!!!

afternoon gentlemen-
went to replace drive shaft bellows on MR leg as that is were we suspected leakage, but was dry, inspected shifter bellows, bloody new.
Suspect foam gasket leaking at transom?
can you pull just the outside of the leg off and not have to deal with engine?
1985 270 sundancer twin 260s and yes its been in the salt!!!!!

Nope,... 1st the drive,... Then the motor,... Then the transom assembley...
